1. Reservations
Your room is reserved up to l pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your Reservation at the time of the booking; all non-guaranteed room will be released three days to arrival.
You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of the booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival payment can be made by debit/credit card and cheque.
Night lodge must receive all cheques at least five {5} working days before the arrival date. Night lodge regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonored it may not be able to keep the room available.
2. Payment
At Night lodge you pay for your room on arrival this only subject to cash payment.
Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check-in.
Acceptable forms of ID are; current driving license, ID card, passport, credit card or debit card, utility bill, bank statement {with address}
3. Room prices
Room prices are per room, per night and are included of VAT at 17.5%.
Night lodge reserves the Right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay the night lodge.
Although Night lodge aims to inform you before it makes price increases, Night lodge reserves the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge.
For guaranteed reservation, if the price has increased by the time you stay at Night lodge you will not be charged any extra payment.

4. Group bookings

5. Particular requirements
Family room offers accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 or under.
Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access.
Although Night lodge will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologize in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.
6. Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.30am and 9am on weekdays and between 8.30am and 10am am at the weekends and on bank holidays.
7. Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 3pm on the arrival date. The managment reserves the right to let the room to customers if Failing to arrive on The arrival date. No later than 5pm will result in full charge unless you notify or contacting us that you are arriving late to the hotel.
your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of your depature. If faliure to leave your room by this time you will result in additional charge and including the cost of the one night accomadation.

We regret, that with exception of assistant dogs, on pets are allowed in Night lodge.
Electrical appliances, such as toasters and mini cookers, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.
Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to third party who is not a member of your group. You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer nay Night lodge room for sale on its own or as a part of a combined offer.

9. Canellations
If you cancel a guarnteed room before 48hrs prior of the arrival date you will be charged for the period that you booked your accomadation for. If you do not arrive or leave early you still will be charged the full amount.
A cancellation refrence will be given and must be retained as proof of cancelation.
10. Terms And Conditions of Occupation
The Guest shall not create any nusisance, annoyance, damage or disturbance arising from his/her use and occupation of the room allocated to him/her.
If any damaged is caused to the room, the guest shall indemnify the proprietor of the Night Lodge Hotel against any loss or damage to the room arising from the use and occupation of the room by the guest.
The guest shall comply with any proper and reasnable regulations made by the proprietor govering the use and occupation of the room.
These terms and conditions shall also apply to any damage/or nusiance or disturbance caused by any person invited into the room occupied by the guest and for whom the guest shall be vicariously liable and from whom it will be for the guest to seek reimbursement of any payments made by the guest to the proprietor as a result of the actions of the guest invitee.
We will deduct the money from your debit or credit card for the damage while you are staying at the night lodge.
